Following on from the huge success of our original package for M8-engine’d Harley-Davidsons, we’re pleased to announce our brand new CCW Supercharger Package for 2017-on Softail models.
After months of development work, this new setup delivers incredible performance gains, but is also simple to install, thanks to the new Rotrex counterclockwise rotating supercharger. This unique design means the charger is driven directly by the crankshaft via one simple poly-vee belt.
The Rotrex C30-94 CCW is a highly efficient, centrifugal unit, which delivers strong, linear performance; there is no lag or delay, as with a turbocharger, just a wave of usable power. This translates to incredible acceleration, with great drivability.
During initial testing on our dyno, we made an easy 140whp on a stock unopened 114 engine; a healthy increase from the factory 70whp! With additional engine work and mapping, the possibilities are almost endless, with potential for up to 400whp with a fully built drag engine.
Our recommended package to run with this supercharger is to use the SE117 forged piston kit with a Zippers RS468 camshaft or similar, and a SE 68mm throttle body. Together with a free flowing exhaust will give over 200 whp and 200 ft.lb torque on good fuel.
