So what is so different about Turbosmart turbo charger? Well, to start with its a complete ground up design. We assembled our team of turbocharger and airflow experts and gave them a blank sheet. This Ground up design has allowed Turbosmart's engineering team to rethink and optimise every component of the turbocharger.
 
Without giving away all our secrets, this approach has lead us to a proprietary dual ceramic ball bearing system, and oversized shaft hub with drastically better oil sling than any of the competition, dual gas rings for improved sealing, optimised compressor back plate and compressor wheels for increased strength, one piece integrated backplates for improved chassis rigidity plus a host of other design enhancements over traditional turbochargers.
 
here at Turbo smart we've been designing products to maximise airflow for a long time, its one of the things that sets our wastegates and blow off valves apart - we've taken this knowledge of airflow and applied it to turbocharger designs.
 
Turbosmart compressor housings are designed with velocity in mind to improve cylinder filling. Our turbine housings are designed to are designed to match our unique low pressure turbine wheel aerodynamics to reduce exhaust back pressure.
