Crawford Takes the Championship

Scot John Crawford and his GSXR600 finish the season as champions. A close fight throughout the year resulted in John and Honda riding, title rival Steve Plater finishing on equal points. John's astounding 9 pole positions helped him to 4 victories and 2 seconds, just enough to beat Steve's 4 wins and 1 second.

John very nearly overwhelmed the Supersport 600 opposition, but for some extremely bad luck at Thruxton and Cadwell. The season turned out to be an extremely tight battle, making an excellent spectacle for race fans. The TTS prepared engine not only had excellent peak horsepower but also tremendous midrange tourque.

9.90 and Superstreet Championships

For an astounding 4^th time, Paul Bembridge took the 9.90 class championship on his TTS prepared GSXR 1100.

And for the 2^nd successive year, Dave Holland took his TTS prepared machine to championship victory in the Superstreet class.
