| After much testing it has been discovered that some distortion does go on in 84mm and bigger overbores and depending on the power produced this can and has lead to cylinders cracking through the water jacket. TTS is going to produce billet aluminium barrels with water jackets. These will have considerably thicker cylinder wall than on overbored stock barrels, additionally the barrel will be made much more ridged to increase the torsional stiffness of the whole engine.
